Terms and Conditions
- Every time you spend £20 or over, we’ll give you a stamp.
- Once you’ve collected ten stamps, you can redeem your card for any purchase up to the value of £25.
Acquiring Stamps
- This loyalty card scheme applies exclusively to products purchased in the basement / Vinyl Emporium of Relevant Records, and is a separate rewards scheme to the ground floor café (who have their own loyalty card system).
- Loyalty cards cannot be shared, and are strictly to be used by one person at a time. No joint cards for you and your friends, partner, etc.
- If you wish to take advantage of our Student Discount offer in conjunction with our loyalty card scheme, in order to qualify for a new stamp your purchases must total £20 or over after the 10% discount has been applied.
- You can only acquire 1 new stamp per day. Multiple visits or purchases within the same trading period will not get you more stamps!
- Stamps can only be acquired from purchases made in store, or purchases made via our website using the “collect in store” option (no sending things back and fourth in the post for online orders).
- You must have your card present for stamping when you make your qualifying purchase – no stamps will be given for previous sales that occurred when your card wasn’t present. So keep your card in your wallet and don’t forget to bring it!
Redeeming Your Card
- Relevant Records reserve the right to refuse any attempt at redeeming a loyalty card that is deemed to contain fraudulent stamps, or be counterfeit in any way. No cheating!
- Only a card with ten stamps (issued by the Vinyl Emporium staff at Relevant Records) on it can be used in this offer. Half completed cards won’t get you half as much money off!
- Completed cards cannot be exchanged for any monetary value and are valid only against purchases made in the Vinyl Emporium of Relevant Records.
- Once you’ve collected ten stamps, you can redeem your loyalty card for £25 off your next purchase.
- If your next purchase is under £25, no change will be given.
- If your next purchase is over £25, your total bill will have £25 deducted from it (and you will be required to pay the rest).
- If you wish to “gift” your completed loyalty card to someone else, you can exchange it for a £25 gift voucher.
- Relevant Records reserve the right to withdraw the loyalty card scheme at any time without giving any notice. So don’t hang onto your card forever!
